About Me

My name is Christine Walters and I am a self-taught artist who specializes in watercolor and oils. I have been honing my craft for over 30 years, challenging myself with painting different subjects, mediums, sizes, and even plein air painting. My passion for art has led me to check out most of my local library’s art books and routinely visit galleries on vacation to find inspiration for my work.

In December 2019, I had my first solo exhibition of 40 works at The Village Theater at Cherry Hill. I have also done several commissions and wedding portraits. Currently, I have two large canvas oil landscapes inspired by driving along the California coast near Big Sur on exhibit in the Honeycomb Gallery in Farmington, Michigan.

My work reflects my passion for art and my dedication to honing my craft. I am constantly inspired by the beauty around me and strive to capture it in my work.
